Cancellation Policy
Each Signature Cinema experience is thoughtfully prepared in advance and reserved exclusively for your selected date and time. The reservation begins promptly at the scheduled time. Our date system is automated and will begin as scheduled, regardless of arrival time. Due to the customized nature of our experiences, all bookings are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Signature Cinema will gladly work with you to arrange a new date at no additional cost. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
